Receptionist (Part-Time)

Jacobs Tyres & More – Blackwood

We’re a family-owned business serving the Blackwood community for over 25 years. Our team is known for friendly service, expert care, and looking after our loyal customers like family. We’re now looking for a reliable and customer-focused receptionist to join us.

This role is 2 flexible days per week, 8:00am – 5:00pm (with a 1-hour lunch break) and would be ideal for a student or someone looking for regular part-time work.

What you’ll be doing:

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Greeting customers and assisting with enquiries

Booking appointments and services through the Megabus program (experience with this is a strong advantage)

Managing reception area and keeping customer areas tidy

General administrative duties to support the workshop team

About you:

Friendly, professional, and confident communicator

Organised with good attention to detail

Comfortable working with phones and computers (experience with Megabus highly regarded, but not essential – training provided)

Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy workshop environment

A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a close-knit family team
