What sets you apart:

Experience in Youth Work or Child Protection highly advantageous.

Knowledge of case management and therapeutic practices.

Individuals that can uphold our values of empathy, visionary, objectivity, community and integrity.

What we require:

Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, Diploma level or higher.

Willingness to undertake the Hope and Healing Framework Foundations Training.

Availability to participate in an On-Call Roster

Current Blue Card (Working with Children).

First Aid Certificate

Valid Qld Drivers License.

As a Case Manager with RISE, you will be at the heart of our operations, helping to nurture and empower vulnerable young people and support our team members. You will be instrumental in:

Helping Young People feel safe, valued, and nurtured in a stable environment.

Helping Young People develop a strong sense of identity and belonging.

Helping Young People feel Culturally Safe

Helping Young People establish healthy coping strategies.

Supporting and Leading team members through the RISE Values

Creating, Nurturing and Fostering Community for our Clients, Team Members and Stakeholders

Displaying sounds decision making, support skills and empowering those around you

The Responsibilities Include:

Day to Day leadership and supports for your team

Case Managment and Safety Planning for Clients

Contributing to team development including onboarding, training, supervisions, and engagement

Fostering and growing professional stakeholder relationships and partnerships

Oversight of team and program compliance standards

Rostering and Oncall Participation
