About the role

As the ICT Administrator, you will be a skilled and security-conscious team member managing and optimising our internal technology landscape with a strong focus in user compute management, Microsoft 365 environments, and key business applications. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of our systems and data, while supporting a modern, cloud-first workplace.

You will also play a key role in supporting compliance initiatives and continuous improvement of IT operational maturity.

What we’re looking for

Must have:

Demonstrable M365 administration and security, covering Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune

Demonstrable end point management, leveraging Intune, patching, vulnerability management, build practices

Demonstrable experience utilising key security technologies, such as EDR, app control, SASE

Desirable:

Experience with cloud backup solutions

Experience with ERP tool management, such as Monday.com

Experience with website maintenance

You have a team-first mentality, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships throughout the business.

You effectively communicate through verbal and written means and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies to support leadership in making informed decisions.
