Robert Half have partnered with this NFP organisation in Central Perth to recruit a talented and dedicated People & Culture Lead to join their People and Culture Team in a pivotal operational and strategic role.
About the Role
As the People & Culture Lead, you will take ownership of key workplace culture initiatives, embedding values-based leadership and creating a high-performing, engaged workforce. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Executive and Senior Management teams, you will champion all people-related functions, including:
- Performance and Talent Management: Collaborating with leadership to develop impactful strategies that foster employee growth and engagement.
- Organisational Design and Development: Designing processes and practices that strengthen workforce efficiency and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Enterprise Change Management: Creating and implementing strategies that support cultural transformation and enhance operational excellence.
- HR Systems and Reporting: Streamlining HR systems to inform decision-making and drive policies and processes that are fit-for-purpose.
- Reward and Recognition Programs: Elevating the recognition of employee contributions through inspiring initiatives.
This role offers the versatility of a hands-on environment while maintaining alignment with long-term strategic objectives.
Key Deliverables
In this role, you will be pivotal in:
- Driving employee engagement across the organisation through innovative people and culture programs.
- Managing change processes, including cultural transformation and adoption of new tools and systems.
- Supporting workforce well-being and creating best practices for safety and compliance.
- Aligning recruitment/talent acquisition strategies with organisational goals.
- Building a collaborative, high-performing work environment that values constructive feedback, clear communication, and continual growth.
