About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for a Residential Estimator to join the team in a key role. This will include:

Prepare detailed sales and production estimates for residential home builds

Generate takeoffs and pricing for standard plans, options, and custom upgrades

Maintain estimating database

Prepare tenders and specifications

Collaborate with purchasing initiatives

Work closely with drafting and sales teams

Skills and Experience

Minimum 4 years residential estimating experience

Trade or tertiary qualifications highly regarded

Excellent communication

High attention to detail
