About the role

Work From Home

Experience in the transport / freight forwarding industry (particularly in allocating trucks and and managing drivers)

Must be able to allocate 50 + jobs per day

Must be an Australian Citizen & speak fluent English Comfortable working with computer systems (training will be provided in order to learn how to use our system)

Comfortable talking with customers on the phone Comfortable managing lots of bookings Ability to work proactively and solve problems

Must be able to work unsupervised

Knowledge of all freight forwarding procedures & documentation a must

Applicant must be able to allocate same day ADHOC jobs

Hours are 6am to 1pm Mon-Fri & 2-4 hours every 2nd Sat-Sun

Tasks & responsibilities

Receive emails and phone calls from clients Allocate all incoming jobs to drivers Update our internal systems for upcoming bookings Manage any issues drivers may have with completing deliveries Work closely with our Management team to help with any support with customer service enquiries & meeting KPI's.
