We are seeking a hands-on Regional Fleet Coordinator to oversee our chauffeur contractor network across South East Queensland (SEQ) and Adelaide (ADL). Based in Sydney, this role involves frequent travel to both regions to ensure supply readiness, service excellence, and compliance with ETG’s standards.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Fleet, you will:

Serve as the primary contact for regional contractors/chauffeurs, setting clear expectations and addressing issues.

Conduct scheduled vehicle inspections, service quality checks, and follow up on corrective actions.

Manage compliance requirements - licences, accreditations, insurances, vehicle documentation.

Coordinate onboarding and induction of new contractors, ensuring alignment with ETG standards.

Deliver refresher training and coaching where service or compliance standards slip.

Plan for regional supply readiness to meet demand peaks (events, conferences, cruise arrivals).

Capture and respond to client feedback on chauffeur performance, ensuring corrective actions are closed out.

Provide concise updates to the Head of Fleet on wins, risks, and support needed.

Note: This role does not involve allocations or day-to-day scheduling.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in fleet, transport, or contractor-led operations.

Strong stakeholder management - able to set expectations, coach, and resolve issues.

Understanding of compliance requirements in ground transport or similar industries (preferred).

Strong organisational skills and ability to follow through on actions.

Flexibility to travel frequently between Sydney, SEQ, and ADL.

Valid driver’s licence and ability to conduct site visits, inspections, and contractor meetings.
