Our trusted client is a local leading business that formulates, manufactures and sources industry-leading waterproofing technology for the commercial construction, infrastructure and mining industries. They also have a side business that specialse in waterproofing contracting services

Position:

Reporting to the MD - the Operations/Project Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of waterproofing projects across commercial, high rise residential, and infrastructure sectors. This role bridges management and site execution—coordinating labour, materials, and subcontractors— while driving productivity, compliance, and client satisfaction. The manager will lead a workforce of up to approximately 30 staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance excellence whilst complying with Industry standards

Ideal Experience:

10 years + Operations / Project Management experience, either having worked for a tier 1-3 commercial builder, or having worked for waterproofing, construction chemicals, concrete, coating systems, roofing membranes, epoxies, polyurethanes, admixtures or remedial solutions type suppliers / contractors

Strong leadership qualities

Strong in HSEQ, financial and project management

A roll up your sleeves and get the job done type attitude

Stable career history

Ambitious, tenacious and driven with a real passion for delivering beyond the clients expectations

Can be based from either Gold Coast or Brisbane
