About the Role

As our Operations Specialist, you’ll play a critical role across two iconic brands, coaching in-store teams and leaders to deliver best-in-class operations. Your focus will be on upskilling teams, instilling brand standards, identifying gaps, and supporting operational improvements through a hands-on, collaborative approach.

This is a role where you’ll be on the ground, in the stores, working shoulder-to-shoulder with managers and crew to drive consistency, accountability and results.

Key Responsibilities

Coach and mentor store managers and teams to build capability and operational excellence

Conduct operational check-ins, follow-ups and training sessions across all three brands

Roll out and reinforce brand standards, systems and procedures

Identify areas for improvement and help teams implement lasting solutions

Support new store openings, team transitions and training refreshers

Partner with the broader People & Performance team to provide the highest standards and culture

About You

You bring leadership experience in QSR, hospitality or retail operations

You’re passionate about training and developing others

You’re confident working across multiple locations and brands

You have high attention to detail, strong communication skills and a solutions mindset

You thrive on variety, are self-motivated, and love being out in the field
