About the role

RETCo is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to join our team in our Maddington, WA office. This full-time position is a key role within our busy operations, responsible for developing and optimising efficient work schedules to support the business' strategic objectives.

What you'll be doing

Developing and maintaining comprehensive work schedules for our fleet of heavy Vehicles

Analysing project requirements and allocating resources effectively to meet deadlines and optimise productivity

Communicating schedules to project managers, operators and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination

Monitoring schedule performance and making adjustments as needed to address unexpected changes or challenges

Identifying opportunities to improve scheduling processes and implement innovative solutions

Collaborating with other departments to provide scheduling data and support business planning

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations including WAHVA

What we're looking for

Significant experience (5+ years) in a scheduling role within the manufacturing, transport or logistics industry

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail

Proficient in using scheduling software and other productivity tools

Flexible and adaptable, with the capacity to work well under pressure
