They are currently in the process of expanding out their core FP&A team and are seeking a talented young accounting professional to join the Group Function.

Reporting directly to the Group Head of FP&A and responsible for business partnering with numerous BU CFO's, this is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious professional either start or grow their career in FP&A within a listed environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of FP&A you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the design and execution of the Group's Budgeting and Rolling forecast.
• Deliver data-driven reporting on Group performance to drive key commercial insights and influence decision-making.
• Business Partnering Corporate and Business Unit leaders to assist decision-making and and inform the business' internal frameworks for performance analysis.
• Contributing to an ongoing drive for improvement, identifying inefficiencies and streamlining processes.
• Assisting with new system implementations, providing support to executives and uplifting capabilities.

The Ideal Profile

To be successful in this role you should have:

• CA / CPA Qualification.
• At least 3-5 years within an Analyst or Professional Services environment: First-movers from Audit or Transaction Services are encouraged to apply.
• High-level Excel Skills, with experience building and manipulating financial models highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills, and confidence liaising with executive-level stakeholders.
• An analytical mindset, and an interest in driving commercial processes.
