About the role

In this role, your duties as a Park Manager will include but not be limited to:

managing reception, cleaning and maintenance teams

overseeing daily park operations (incl. office management & guest accounts)

handling guest communications across multiple channels

implementing park policies and procedures with strong WHS compliance

supporting the park owner with team development & objectives.

What we're looking for

Full Australian working rights essential

Min. 1 year previous management experience (Caravan Parks or Hospitality industry)

Proven experience with hospitality systems/property management software

Strong leadership and team motivation capabilities

Current driver's license with reliable transportation

Flexibility for occasional public holidays/weekends and after-hours emergency response.
