Bentley’s Cabin Park, located in both Port Augusta and Port Pirie is a successful and expanding family business operating in the Upper Spencer Gulf region of South Australia for over 25 years, offering over 100 self-contained cabins at each location.
Cabin Park in Port Augusta opened in 2021 with 115 cabins, Port Pirie opened in 1995 with 4 cabins and has grown, now offering 103 cabins.

About the role
For this unique opportunity, we are seeking a self-motivated leader who has proven passion for the Hospitality industry and enjoys interacting with guests.
Reporting directly to the Owner and working as part of a broader management team, as the Cabin Park Manager you will be responsible for the provision of exceptional guest services and oversee efficient park operations, residing on-site in the Manager's residence during your 7 day shift. You will then return to your home for 7 days off whilst working only 26 weeks out of the year!

Outstanding roster of 7 days on 7 days off in Port Augusta
On-site Managers residence
Salary negotiable, based on experience (range from $80,000+)
An excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service operator to join and lead an exceptional team in our Port Augusta location.
As the Cabin Park Manager, you will:
Manage guest services, including front of house operations of customer service, reservations and day-to-day transactions
Supervise and co-ordinate back of house operations including daily staff rosters
Undertake stock control and balance of daily takings
Provide tourist information and offer recommendations to maximise guest experience
Ensure and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Provide back of house assistance when necessary
About - qualifications/experience
With demonstrated competency and professionalism to leadership and customer service, to be successful in this role you must have/be:
A strong and friendly customer focus with the ability to communicate at all levels
Relevant experience in tourism, hospitality or customer service industries
Friendly, enthusiastic self-starter with an attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills with an ability to multi-task and manage priorities
The ability to remain respectful, warm and composed under pressure
Display intermediate computer skills and understanding of document control
Possess professional demeanour with high personal standards
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays, including Christmas, Easter, New Years Eve on a rotating roster
Hold a current Australian Drivers License
Responsible Service of Alcohol (is desirable but not essential)
