Cake Decorators and Decorators Assistants
-25 - 30 hours per week

We are expanding and looking for new Cuties !!!

We have an amazing opportunity for you to join our incredibly busy, high-energy cake company.
These roles will be given to passionate, driven people who love all that is cake.

You will need to be organised, process-driven and a proactive team member who would be able to work autonomously and think on their feet while also being a vital member of an energetic team.

We are extremely passionate about the quality of our products, hygiene and food safety practices.

Working weeks range from Monday to Saturday.
The shop is within walking distance of train lines.
Limited parking.

****Tasks and Responsibilities****

What It Takes to Be Part of Our Team:

Have experience working in a commercial kitchen in a similar role.

You must be able to pipe and have decorating skills.

Fast without sacrificing quality—tight deadlines and high demand are the norm here.

You thrive under pressure and can handle a high-paced environment.

You have an uncompromising eye for detail—every swirl, edge, and finish must meet our exacting standards.

You are a team player.- We are an amazing team that supports each other to be the best.

Ability to follow instructions.

Clean ….and I mean a lot of cleaning, - making beautiful cakes is messy work.

Have good time management skills and the ability to clean up after yourself

Ability to be proactive, and reliable team member - this is a fast-moving, collaborative space where everyone pulls their weigh.

Please note:
In this position, around 90% of the work is in preparation , consistent and high-quality finishing.
This role focuses on bringing our signature pre-designed cakes to life, not your personal designs

Wages will be based on skill and experience.
Starting at the award rate for beginners and above the award rate for the more highly skilled candidate.
