About the Role:

This is a hands-on painting role, ideal for someone who’s confident working on a variety of residential projects, both interior and exterior. You’ll work independently and as part of a small team, delivering exceptional results and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, prime, and paint interior & exterior surfaces

Maintain clean, precise finishes and attention to detail

Use a variety of painting tools and techniques

Liaise professionally with clients on-site

Keep work areas clean and organised

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in residential painting (minimum 2 years)

Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively

Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused

Positive attitude and team spirit

Valid driver’s licence and own transport

Credentials:

Certificate III in Painting & Decorating (preferred but not essential)

Minimum 2 painting references
