🌟 Marketing Manager – Designer Chandelier & Home of Lights, brands🌟

Designer Chandelier and Home of Lights are on a mission to bring design-led, high-quality lighting into homes across Australia. As we grow, we’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who’s passionate about retail, is an experienced digital marketer, loves brand building, and thrives in the DTC and B2B space.

This is an opportunity to own our entire direct-to-consumer strategy – from shaping the vision, to executing campaigns, to driving measurable revenue growth alongside our CEO.

What you’ll do

✅ Develop and deliver a complete 'go to market' DTC and B2B marketing strategy that drives growth, customer acquisition and brand engagement

✅ Lead EDM strategy and execution using Klaviyo

✅ Lead and further develop our digital paid marketing strategy and SEO

✅ Drive all social media channel and performance marketing – hands-on or via external experts

✅ Create and deliver campaigns, brand storytelling and content skills

✅ Track performance and report results, always linking activity back to ROI and revenue targets

✅ Collaborate with a small, close-knit team – rolling up your sleeves when needed

About you

6+ years’ experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within a DTC retail business.

Background in interiors, homewares, lifestyle, or related categories is a big plus but not necessary

Skilled in Shopify, Photoshop, Klaviyo, and social media marketing

Commercially minded – you tie marketing activity directly to business results

A creative and resourceful problem solver, excited by growing a brand in a competitive space

Strong understanding of content strategy, brand voice and campaign delivery

Organised and proactive, able to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus

Love for retail, customers, and the power of design

Its a full time gig if you want it, or can be 4 days per week, if preferred

This role can be based in our Sydney or Melbourne offices, and is Hybrid (WFH)
