The Role

Working within a broader HR team of around 20, specialising in business partnering, your responsibilities will include:

• Partner with operations leaders across sites, providing hands on HR support, coaching and guidance to effectively manage teams;
• Lead employee relations matters and provide support for all people related issues;
• Contribute to HR projects including retention initiatives, performance improvement plans, engagement surveys, reviewing Employee Assistance Programs and other initiatives as they arise;
• Work with WHS leaders to ensure appropriate safety measures are in place;
• Assist with succession planning and talent management; and
• Support sites with remuneration reviews, recognition programs and process improvements.

To Be Successful

• Proven experience in an advisory role, partnering with front line operational staff;
• Strong exposure to employee relations matters including investigations and performance management;
• Experience in a regulated sector is essential; and
• Multi-site experience is highly advantageous.
