CLINIC MANAGER (Physiotherapist) wanted for busy Rehab clinic in Marsden Park (North-Western Sydney) in a full-time position.

We are looking for an experienced, communicative and ambitious leader for our team of Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Remedial Massage therapists. Located in the fast developing suburb of Marsden Park, the clinic has shown amazing growth and potential to become the leading Rehab clinic in NW Sydney.

We want you to take charge in optimising our internal processes to maximise patient experiences and outcomes, and to improve practitioner's efficiency and profitability. Ideally, you would also be targeting and improving our current referral networks, connect with local businesses and sports teams to provide an increased regular income flow for the company.

We would love to improve our community footprint in the area, with educational and preventative programs, targeting chronic diseases such as Diabetes, OA and metabolic disorders. We have already established partnerships with pharmacists, GP's and radiologists, but want to deepen these ties and have a profound positive effect on the community.

Remuneration consists of a base salary of $115,000 and a commission structure which would allow you to earn up to $140,000, depending on a certain set of targets that are feasible to achieve. These will include: clinic revenue goals, leadership qualities, individual practitioner goals, marketing, cleanliness, KPI processing, reporting, internal referral systems and admin supervision.

• Straight forward communication with Owner/Director.

• Ability to combine management tasks with routine treatment revenue expectations.

• Flexibility in mind and action.

• Manage practitioners in one-on-one sessions.

• Have a long-term focus.

• Develop a Future Vision for the clinic.

• Develop your own special interest area(s) or set up new initiatives.

• Interest in Social Media exploration.
