This is a unique chance to lead complex, high-value planning projects - from land use planning, master planning, strategic/policy planning to development advisory and approvals - while operating autonomously as a trusted advisor and project lead.
In this leadership role, you’ll:

• Take full ownership of complex, major-value strategic planning and development approvals—as a project and client manager, working with autonomy.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service and trusted advice.
• Act as a growth catalyst—spotting business opportunities and driving continuous improvement.
• Lead and support a talented team—guiding development, overseeing resource allocation, coaching performance, and delegating effectively.
