As a trusted, ISO-accredited specialist in marine and civil construction, we deliver impactful projects across NSW and Queensland—ranging from breakwaters to coastal assets and dredging sites.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Operating trucks, excavators, and Posi Track combos with various attachments

Contributing to civil and marine works on breakwaters, dredging, and coastal infrastructure

Conducting daily equipment inspections and maintaining machinery in top condition

Assisting with ground works and site activities—teamwork is key!

What We’re Looking For:

RII Excavator and RII Posi track/skid steer tickets (essential)

HR Truck Licence or higher (essential)

Proven experience in civil, marine, or coastal construction (essential)

Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and attention to detail (essential)

Positive attitude, reliable transport, and willingness to travel frequently across NSW and QLD (essential)

Ability to operate and maintain machinery and equipment (essential)

Experience recording project data in apps (essential)

White Card and experience with hand/power tools (essential)

Physically fit, healthy, and ready for hands-on work (essential)
