About You

We are looking for someone with a strong background in butchery and a passion for gourmet food. The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience as a butcher, with a focus on high-quality and gourmet products.

Excellent knife skills and a strong understanding of meat preparation techniques.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing exceptional work.

The ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Must live and have full working rights in Australia at point of application.

You'll be responsible for:

Preparing and presenting a wide variety of meat products, including custom cuts and specialty items.

Ensuring all products meet our high standards for quality and presentation.

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Assisting our guests with their selections and providing expert advice.
