About the role
An opportunity is now available for a People Experience Officer to join the City of Cockburn team, based at our main Administration Building in Spearwood in a permanent full-time capacity.
In this important role, you will use your skills to ensure that our business is supported throughout all aspects of recruitment, selection and appointment for a broad range of indoor and outdoor roles, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also provide administrative support to our People Experience team.
About you
We’re looking for a new team member with previous experience delivering in a HR Officer, Recruitment Advisor or similar role, that is:
- Easily approachable, with a can-do customer service approach
- A team player who builds positive relationships that deliver for our stakeholders
- Experienced in delivering best practice talent pooling, recruitment and selection processes
- Proactive, able to manage their time, has strong attention to detail and can juggle competing priorities.

Salary: Level 4 ($82,049 - $87,516 per annum, depending on skills and experience)
