The Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting our daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to be part of a business that builds dream homes for families.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage phone calls, emails, and client correspondence

Coordinate appointments and site meetings

Maintain project files, contracts, and documentation

Support basic bookkeeping and financial administration

Assist with building approval applications and council submissions

Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients

Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

Provide general administrative support to the building team

Develop and implement business systems

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

Proven administrative experience

Systemised who is great at creating business systems

Strong computer skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Professional phone manner and customer service skills

Highly Regarded:

Experience with construction contracts and building approvals

Knowledge of building industry processes and terminology

Experience with project management software
