About the Role

This role is responsible for planning and managing delivery of major ICT initiatives, including system implementation, solution architecture, and governance. You will coordinate technical activities, manage delivery partners, and ensure solutions meet established standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage delivery of ICT system initiatives and mobile applications
• Coordinate technical solution planning across specialty areas
• Develop and maintain schedules, balancing technical and business priorities
• Manage delivery partners and oversee system implementation activities
• Apply DevOps principles to improve release processes, automated testing, and system monitoring
• Lead reporting, risk management, and ensure compliance with technology standards

Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years’ experience managing technical ICT system delivery initiatives
• Strong knowledge of contemporary project management and governance frameworks
• Proven experience in agile delivery methodologies and large-scale project management
• Experience in government ICT delivery environments
• Relevant tertiary qualifications and recognised project management certification (e.g., Diploma of Project Management, SAFe Agile)
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Australian Citizenship & ability to obtain Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
