About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate multiple home maintenance and modification projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent multitasking abilities, quick decision-making skills, and a strong understanding of home maintenance and trade interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the timely completion of multiple projects simultaneously
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
• Liaise effectively with tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.) and clients
• Provide guidance on home maintenance practices and client expectations
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and issues to stakeholders
• Ensure high-quality service delivery within set timelines and budgets

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in project coordination or management, ideally in the construction, renovation, or maintenance industry
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Full working rights in Australia
• A current National Police Check (within 3 months) or willingness to apply for one
• A valid Victorian driver's license and Insured Vehicle
