Facilities Coordinator

Responsibilities

Coordinate essential building services including HVAC, fire systems, mechanical, and general maintenance

Manage incoming maintenance requests and liaise with contractors, landlords, and internal teams

Monitor and support building compliance requirements (e.g. AESMR, AFSS, BWOF) across multiple states

Assist with procurement and delivery of small capital works projects

Review contractor costs and support budget tracking

Travel to sites as needed for inspections or project coordination
