About the role
Drive the Delivery Process from Start to Finish!
We're looking for a hands-on, organised go-getter to take charge of truck deliveries from deal to drop-off. If you love coordinating moving parts, talking to people, and seeing things through, this role puts you right at the heart of the action. Work with a great team, keep things running smoothly, and help deliver quality trucks to happy customers, on time, every time.
Duties
- Manage delivery process from sale to handover.
- Ensure all paperwork, accessories, and checks are completed on time.
- Liaise with sales, workshop, detailing, and parts teams.
- Coordinate schedules with PD supervisor and body builders.
- Communicate with customers about delivery and documentation.
- Track stock and manage delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate records in dealership systems.
- Process registration, roadworthy, warranty, and finance paperwork.
- Support sales team with invoicing and admin tasks.
- Handle purchase and repair orders.
- Organise vehicle movements and use own car when required.
- Oversee multiple builds ranging from 3 weeks to 6 months.
- Use Pentana and web-based systems (no Excel needed).
- Work mostly on-site, with up to one day from home.
- Truck industry or coordination experience preferred.
- Collaborate with a small, supportive team.
Skills and experience
- Experience in coordination or project-based roles.
- Background in truck or automotive industry preferred.
- Confident managing around 15 truck builds per month.
- Skilled in scheduling across departments.
- Able to raise purchase and repair orders.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Can manage timelines from 3 weeks to 6 months.
- Familiar with Pentana and web-based systems.
- Excel skills not required.
- Light truck licence is a plus, not essential.
- Must have a valid driver’s licence and own car.
- Primarily onsite role with limited work-from-home flexibility.
Benefits
- Competitive salary around $65,000 per year, more for the right candidate
- Car allowance of $14,000 annually.
- Monthly bonus around $1500
- Negotiable package for the right candidate.
- Monday to Friday schedule.
- Standard hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (or 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM if preferred).
