We’re seeking a talented and driven Interior Designer & Architect to take ownership across all stages of design and delivery for high-end residential, hotel, wellness, and hospitality projects. This is a hands-on role where your creativity, technical expertise, and collaborative spirit will shine as you bring stunning interiors to life—from spatial planning and concept ideation to FF&E specification and site coordination. You'll work closely with internal teams and external consultants to ensure projects align with the design brief, brand pillars, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead spatial planning, test fits, and schematic design development using AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max (or similar), InDesign, and PowerPoint
Create compelling visual presentations and ideation boards to communicate the design vision
Collaborate on FF&E schedules with the Styling & FF&E Manager and manage procurement and styling coordination
Review consultant and supplier documentation, including base building plans, shop drawings, and trade packages
Lead workshops across disciplines and respond to RFIs during construction
Oversee design and delivery of project display suites, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance
Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and suppliers to support smooth project delivery and alignment with brand standards
Skills and Experience
Minimum 5 years' experience working in top-tier design studios on luxury residential, hospitality, hotel, or wellness projects
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Interior Design or Architecture
Advanced skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max (or equivalent), and Adobe Suite
Strong spatial planning, conceptual design, and 3D visualisation skills
Deep knowledge of FF&E, materials, and finishes
Proven ability to manage the design process from concept through to construction and installation
Confident leading consultant coordination, procurement, and on-site styling
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
