We are now seeking a dedicated NDIS Quality & Compliance Officer to join our team. This is a key role in safeguarding Yahweh Care’s reputation for excellence and ensuring our services remain audit-ready and participant-focused at all times.

Role Overview

The Quality & Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring Yahweh Care remains fully compliant with the NDIS Practice Standards, legislative requirements, and industry regulations. You will lead the organisation’s compliance framework, oversee internal audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and participant outcomes.

This role is crucial in maintaining our strong compliance record, ensuring audits are successfully passed, and embedding a culture of quality and accountability across the organisation.

Quality Assurance

Monitor and assess compliance with legislation, regulations, and industry standards across all service areas.

Develop and implement quality systems and training programs to strengthen staff knowledge and practice.

Collect and analyse feedback from participants, families, and staff to drive improvements.

Complaints & Incident Management

Oversee the complaints and incident management system, ensuring timely, fair, and confidential resolution.

Report on complaint trends and identify systemic issues to improve service delivery.

Governance & Reporting

Prepare detailed compliance and quality reports for senior leadership.

Provide expert advice and guidance on compliance matters to management and frontline staff.

Liaise with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay current with changes in compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For

Tertiary qualification in law, business, health, or social care (or relevant discipline).

3–5+ years’ experience in a compliance, quality, or risk role, ideally within disability or aged care.

In-depth understanding of the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Framework, Practice Standards, and Code of Conduct.

Proven ability to manage and successfully pass NDIS audits and verification processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to influence and support staff at all levels.

Commitment to promoting participant rights, safety, and continuous improvement.

Why Join Yahweh Care?

Be part of a values-driven organisation that places people first.

Play a pivotal role in ensuring Yahweh Care delivers safe, high-quality, and compliant services.

Supportive and collaborative leadership team.

Ongoing training, development, and career growth opportunities.

Flexible working arrangements.

Salary Range

Competitive salary between $85,000 – $95,000 + superannuation, depending on skills and experience.
