Flourish Australia are expanding and starting up new employment services with the Inclusive Employment Australia program and we are seeking Quality and Compliance Officers to join our teams!
The positions available are:
Ongoing full-time (76 hours per fortnight)
Working Monday to Friday
Based on-site within any of our ESAs**
Attractive salary starting at $88,000 per annum plus super and tax-free salary packaging
About the Opportunity
The role of the Quality and Compliance Officer is to ensure that Flourish Australia conducts the Inclusive Employment program in compliance with the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) Program requirements. The position ensures that Flourish Australia’s IEA contractual obligations are met through rigorous compliance, effective claims management, and proactive risk mitigation. By leveraging advanced administrative, analytical, and IT skills, the position ensures all claims and wage subsidies are thoroughly reviewed, processed accurately, and submitted in a timely manner in line with the IEA Deed requirements.
The Quality and Compliance Officer prioritises professional outcomes by providing high-quality support, education, and mentoring for staff, maintaining meticulous documentation, and preparing for and supporting internal and external audits. Through transparent reporting, ongoing process improvement, and adherence to risk management practices, the position safeguards both the integrity of the organisation’s operations and claims process. The role ensures the accurate and timely lodgement of claims, conduct desktop audits, prepare compliance reports and provide support through the education and guidance to Flourish Australia sites.
The Quality and Compliance Officer also identifies and assesses any threats to the profitability of the IEA program and supports the Manager, Quality and Compliance to develop and implement plans to mitigate against risks to the program.

Selection Criteria
Five (5) years direct or related experience within Commonwealth-funded employment services, preferably in IEA, Disability Employment Services, Workforce, Transition to Work or similar programs.
Strong communication skills and excellent interpersonal organisational skills.
Proof of customer service experience with demonstrable facilitation, presentation, mentoring and training skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, with initiative, attention to detail, and to take direction as required.
Strong time management and organisational skills and proven capacity to prioritise work commitments.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and expert knowledge of data information management systems.
Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence.
