We are currently seeking a detail-focused and proactive Internal Auditor to join our team in Sydney NSW, on a full-time basis. This role will be responsible for monitoring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring quality service delivery aligned with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, policies, and procedures.

Identify and report areas of non-compliance or risk and propose practical solutions.

Collaborate with management and service delivery teams to support the implementation of corrective actions.

Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain thorough documentation.

Monitor the completion of audit recommendations and support ongoing improvements.

Assist with preparation for external NDIS audits and Quality & Safeguards Commission reviews.

Stay up to date with regulatory changes, audit frameworks, and best practice standards in disability services.

Requirements:

Strong working knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and relevant legislation.

Excellent attention to detail, investigative skills, and analytical thinking.

Clear and confident communication, including strong report writing skills.

Ability to work independently, uphold confidentiality, and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills:

NDIS Worker Screening Clearance & Working with Children Check.

Familiarity with audit tools, risk registers, and client management systems.
