We’re growing fast, and we’re on the hunt for a Client Services Manager to take the lead in building relationships, driving client engagement, and spotting new opportunities from the moment a deal settles.
This role isn’t about pushing paper — it’s about connecting with people, picking up the phone, having meaningful conversations, and being the kind of person clients remember for all the right reasons.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Welcoming new clients post-settlement with a personal touch — calls, welcome packs, and check-ins
Building genuine client relationships and spotting trigger points for future business
Managing follow-ups, birthday calls, CRM entries, and email workflows
Taking inbound calls and resolving client needs or directing to the right team member
Organising quarterly client and referral partner functions
Creating client engagement opportunities through content, calls, and events
Supporting the team by generating repeat and referral business
We’re looking for someone who:
Loves the phone – you thrive on conversations and connection
Has a confident, positive outlook and an "above the line" mindset
Can dive into personal conversations without ever sounding intrusive
Talks to checkout staff, starts conversations on planes, and always finds common ground (you know who you are…)
Has a great feel for sales — especially B2B — and is motivated by results
Is comfortable on camera and excited to contribute to our client-facing content
Has long-term ambition — we’re building career pathways here, not just jobs
