About you

Best suited to an experienced and steady technician - a "safe pair of hands"

Strong mechanical knowledge and experience on small/stationary engines and machinery

Honest, reliable and committed to integrity

High attention to detail and pride in quality of workmanship

Ability to understand instructions and complete work without the need for significant management input

Confident with computers

Permanent Australian work rights

Current valid driver’s license

Forklift license and first-aid certificate viewed favourably

Daily tasks & responsibilities include:

Pre-delivery inspections, pre-and-post-rental inspections

Fault finding, diagnostics and repair recommendations (in workshop, on-site, over the phone)

Scheduled maintenance and repair works on customer equipment

Documenting service jobs using job software (photos, videos, notes)

Internal workshop builds (including fitting/mounting)

Training sessions for customers, equipment commissioning and product demonstrations

Internal staff training sessions

‘Housekeeping’ is a critical part of the position. You must maintain the appearance of the workplace in a clean and safe manner at all times, whilst presenting yourself professionally.
