ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll take ownership of high-quality bids and proposals, working closely with technical experts and external partners. Alongside strong writing skills, you’ll champion the use of AI and automation to streamline workflows, improve efficiency and ensure our submissions reflect Ecosure’s values, expertise, and strategic goals.

SUCCESS FACTORS

Strong bid writing and persuasive communication

Confidence using AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and formatting tools

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders

Attention to detail and strategic thinking

You’re a confident communicator with a knack for turning complex ideas into compelling narratives. You’re comfortable managing competing priorities and tight deadlines, while still producing polished, client-focused work.
