We're now entering a new phase of growth, and we need a driven and passionate Sales & Growth Specialist to lead the charge. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a sales professional ready to build on a proven product line and unlock new opportunities.
The Opportunity
This role is for a self-starter who thrives on direct results. Your mission is to actively grow our customer base with a primary focus on B2B clients, while also assisting with new online sales initiatives. You'll be the "boots on the ground," building and nurturing relationships with key industry players and making a visible, immediate impact on our revenue.
You will be fully supported by our group of companies, including Agtech Natural Resources—our manufacturing and logistics partner—ensuring you have the resources and infrastructure to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation: Drive new sales and significantly grow revenue from day one. You'll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing deals with new B2B clients (e.g., landscapers, nurseries, turf managers, etc.) and B2C clients.
Lead Generation & Relationship Building: Actively seek out and qualify new business opportunities. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with small to medium-sized businesses and other key industry contacts.
Market Insight & Strategy: Serve as the eyes and ears of the business. Your market insights and feedback will be crucial in refining our product offerings and identifying new growth strategies for both digital and traditional sales channels.
Pipeline Management: Use CRM tools and other software to meticulously track your sales pipeline, manage client communications, and provide regular reports on your progress and results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our operations team at Agtech Natural Resources to ensure seamless order processing and with our marketing coordinator to align sales efforts with strategic marketing initiatives.
