About the Role
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for identifying and nurturing prospects, converting leads into members, and contributing to the success of our sales team to meet growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
Researching and identifying potential members through online research, referrals, events, training sessions, and other creative means
Build and maintain a strong referral network and CRM database
Conduct cold outbound calls, emails, texts, and attend events for networking and prospecting of potential HIA Members
Stay informed on industry trends to communicate the value of HIA membership
Collaborate with Business Development Representatives and the wider membership team
Generate reports and provide insights to improve lead generation strategies
What You’ll Bring
Proven success in meeting sales targets
Experience in lead generation – this role is all about cold lead sourcing - if you are comfortable in this space, we'd love to hear from you
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM system(s)
A customer-focused mindset with excellent time management
Resilience, enthusiasm, and a goal-oriented personality
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote fun team
Knowledge of the building industry (highly regarded)
