The successful candidate must have previous experience in the Residential New Housing Industry..

The role is a dual position:

*Scheduling New Project:

Received new orders, arranging plans for site use, checking order v plans, making up materials lists for the store person.

* Prestart for our Builders Projects in our state of the art Showroom:

Show clients products and design their homes based on product and budget.

The ability to read and interpret architectural building plans.

An ability to sell is an advantage.

* To be successful in this role you will ideally meet the following criteria:

Have a passion for interior design

Excellent customer service skills

Have fantastic written and verbal communication skills

Outstanding organisation skills

Professional presentation

Ability to liaise at all levels within the organisation

Strong administration skills

The ability to multi-task
