What you’ll be doing:

• Develop engaging marketing materials such as brochures, property signage, flyers, and information packs
• Oversee the delivery of property marketing campaigns across digital platforms and print media
• Prepare and maintain property listings online, ensuring all content is accurate, up to date, and visually appealing
• Create, schedule, and track digital marketing activity including social media posts and email campaigns
• Keep the company website current with design updates, content uploads, and layout improvements
• Work closely with the team to transform concepts into professional designs and branded collateral
• Maintain the client database and support marketing communication through CRM management
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks to support smooth day-to-day operations
• Uphold brand consistency and contribute new creative ideas to strengthen the agency’s visual presence

What you’ll need:

• A strong creative eye and proven experience in graphic design
• Solid hands-on marketing experience, ideally within property, real estate, or a related industry
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite — InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (Canva a bonus)
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in digital marketing, including social media and e-campaigns
• Website management experience (Squarespace preferred)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with the initiative to take ownership of tasks
• Bonus: General IT troubleshooting skills and comfort working with CRM systems
