We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of a bustling and lively establishment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess strong leadership skills, and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training

Manage the recruitment and rostering of large teams

Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs while achieving budgetary goals

Rotating 7 day a week roster

Demonstrate a high level of administrative skills, including proficiency with computer applications such as Outlook and Excel

Manage client relations with existing and new clients

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, labor management, and financial analysis.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
