We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Fast Food Manager to lead operations at our busy Kebab and Pizza shop located in the heart of Belconnen. If you have a passion for food, strong leadership skills, and at least 1 year of management experience in a fast-paced food environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the store including food preparation, customer service, and hygiene standards

Manage and train team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer experience

Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock efficiently

Handle staff rosters, shift management, and compliance with workplace regulations

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff

Assist in implementing promotional activities to boost sales and customer engagement

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar management role within the fast-food or takeaway industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure

Knowledge of food safety and OH&S regulations

Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required
