We're seeking a qualified cook with a strong background in Greek Cuisine to join our kitchen team. If you’re experienced in preparing traditional Greek dishes and thrive in a busy restaurant environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:-

· Prepare and cook high-quality Greek dishes in a fast-paced environment

· Maintain consistency and presentation of meals leaving the kitchen

· Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are always met

· Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

· Assist in menu planning and maintaining food cost control

· Train other kitchen staff in authentic Greek cooking methods and techniques as required and as needed

Skills & Experience:-

· Fully qualified cook (Certificate III) with at least 1 year of professional experience as a cook; or three years of professional experience as a cook if no formal qualifications

· Proven experience preparing authentic Greek food

· Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

· Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment

· Passion for food and dedication to creating an exceptional dining experience

· Excellent time management and organizational skills
