We seek reliable, creative and experienced Chefs / Cooks to work as part of our dynamic team. We have positions on our remote Pearling Sites and vessels based out of Darwin.

You would be expected to reside in Darwin, Australia and work on a FIFO basis. The rosters vary depending on locations therefore flexibility is essential.

Qualified Chefs are preferred but we will consider Cook applicants with current experience.

Our pearling operation is extensive and spans coastal regions from Exmouth, Broome WA around to the north of Darwin, NT. Our pearl farms are positioned amongst some of the world's most spectacular coastline and unique marine environments.

Successful candidates must:

Have a consistent working history

Have experience working in remote areas and living in close quarters

Be able to work flexible rosters in line with flight schedules

Have a satisfactory police clearance

Pass a pre-employment medical assessment and drug and alcohol test

To be successful you will need to demonstrate first–class knowledge of food preparation including health regulations, be of neat appearance and have a dedicated work ethic. Your commitment to delivering high quality and varied meals on time and to budget is essential.
