Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook food to order, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards.

Manage food prep, cooking, and plating for a variety of dishes, following recipes and maintaining consistency.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.

Work efficiently to handle peak times, ensuring quick and high-quality food service.

Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.

Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and effective service.

Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years experience, with a knowledge of WoodFired Pizzas a must.

Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Passion for cooking and creating great food.

Ability to follow recipes and adjust to varying kitchen needs.

Good communication skills and a team player.
