Responsibilities:

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance) to gather and document business requirements.

Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and impact assessments for change initiatives.

Analyze current business processes and recommend optimization or automation opportunities.

Support change management activities including training, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Define KPIs and success metrics for implemented changes.

Act as the bridge between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on solution delivery.

Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions to drive clarity and consensus.

Prepare detailed documentation including business cases, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.

Contribute to project planning and risk management efforts during transitions or rollouts.

Ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and compliant with industry regulations and internal standards.

Required Skill:

Min. 5+ years of experience in supply change & FMCG industry experience and Process improvements, and digital transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of supply chain, sales, marketing, and operational functions in FMCG environments, and have proven expertise in driving stakeholder alignment and embedding process change.

Bachelors Degree in Project management, supply chain.

Supply chain or change management certification will a plus.
