With projects spanning from Ryde to Box Hill, Austral, and Leppington, this is an exciting chance to make a significant impact on major civil works in these key locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise & Lead: Oversee day-to-day operations on site, ensuring teams work efficiently, safely, and to the highest standard.

Team Management: Lead a team of skilled labourers, machinery operators, and subcontractors, ensuring smooth coordination between all parties.

Project Delivery: Manage and monitor the delivery of subdivision and bulk earthworks projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring all team members adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly to avoid project delays, maintaining productivity and quality.

Key Requirements:

Extensive Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil works, specifically in subdivision and bulk earthworks.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility: Must be flexible and adaptable to various work locations, though homefront considerations will be taken into account.

Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and site teams.
