Salon Furniture Australia is a fast-growing importer and wholesaler of high-quality salon and barber furniture, proudly supplying our exclusive Karma brand directly to customers & wholesalers across Australia. We're partnered with Hair and Beauty Kingdom, offering a broad range of salon supplies—from professional clippers to premium hair care—and operating a retail and trade storefront on the Gold Coast.

We're looking for a highly organised, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to join our small but dynamic team. You’ll work closely with Karl (Owner), Bonnie (Sales & Marketing), and Isla (Store Manager), playing a key role in the smooth day-to-day operations of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage customer accounts by sending statements and applying payments from wholesalers and direct customers

Create invoices and process new orders for both wholesale and direct sales

Manage warranty claims with proper documentation and follow-up

Track and coordinate backorders for out-of-stock items

Prepare customer and wholesaler quotes, including shipping costs

Help oversee the product store in Nerang

Maintain and update the website and internal Retail Express system

Liaise with international suppliers to help refine product packaging and improve logistics

Experience in warehousing, packing & dispatch of orders is an advantage but not mandatory.

About You:

You’re confident with administration tasks and managing systems (experience with Retail Express is a bonus) & have a great attention to detail

You enjoy a mix of office and warehouse/store-based work

You’re great with communication, both with customers and suppliers

You’re reliable, detail-driven, and eager to contribute to a growing team

You’re comfortable working closely with business owners and team leads

Bonus points for experience in retail, wholesale, eCommerce, or the beauty/hair industry
