$80 p/h neg +

• Fairfield location - 3 days onsite & 2 WFH

The Company

A leading provider of adult forensic mental health care in Victoria, with the aim to meet the needs of consumers with serious mental illnesses across the justice system.

Purpose of the Role

To assist with a key change project. You will be responsible for the high-level analysis of a staff survey to identify themes and insights underpinning workplace culture. Contribute to the organisation's bullying, harassment, and discrimination campaign, building on existing foundations to strengthen impact and reach.

Responsibilities

• Refine and deliver tailored change and engagement strategies
• Conduct impact assessments, readiness checks and stakeholder mapping
• Partner with senior leaders to influence, negotiate, and build alignment around program objectives
• Identify and resolve resistance, ensuring sustainable adoption of new ways of working
• Contribute to long-term change maturity across the business

About You

• Proven experience in change management
• Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, influence, and negotiation at senior levels
• Strong analytical capability - able to distil complex survey and business data into actionable insights
• Sound knowledge of change management tools
