About the Role

This is an entry-level consulting pathway role. You’ll start by providing administrative support, but the right candidate can progress into a consultant position with direct client interaction and technical responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and lodging mining-related reports and applications

Maintaining accurate records in our in-house systems

Liaising with clients and government departments

Supporting consultants with project work and compliance tasks

About You

We are looking for someone with:

At least 2 years’ prior office administration experience (essential)

Full Australian working rights (essential)

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

A proactive, “switched on” attitude and the ability to learn quickly

An interest in developing a long-term career in consulting

This role is not mining site work – it is a professional services role based in our Perth CBD office.
