Partner Development Manager – Global SaaS Company
Sydney CBD | Hybrid (3 days in office) | 12 month contract
Join our client of 10+ years! A globally renowned software company, known for its market-leading fintech and martech products, is seeking an experienced Partner Development Manager. About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Director, you’ll play a key role in new business development, focusing on acquiring new customers and expanding partnerships. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and growing a portfolio of digital marketing agencies, building strong, long-term relationships to drive mutual success.
In this role, you’ll represent a leading martech product, acting as the main point of contact for both newly acquired and existing agency partners, ensuring ongoing engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, engage, and establish new SMB digital marketing agencies, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Manage and build relationships with agency partners to foster long-term collaboration.
- Develop and execute joint strategies to drive customer acquisition, expand service offerings, and increase revenue opportunities.
- Deliver sales training and create enablement materials to help partners maximise success.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to streamline onboarding, customer success, and ongoing partner support.
- Track key performance metrics, analyse trends, and implement data-driven strategies to improve partner engagement and overall program effectiveness.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in partnerships and business development, preferably in SaaS.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
- Strong experience collaborating with Sales & Marketing teams to drive results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence to drive decisions, manage multiple projects, and build relationships.
- Ability to simplify data to influence stakeholders and make strategic recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

- $602 per day + Super ($156K+ Super equivalent salary).
- Hybrid working – 3 days per week in the Sydney CBD office.
