About the Role
As a Senior Murex Support Engineer, you will:

• Provide hands-on support for production Murex instances, ensuring ongoing stability and optimal performance of the platform.
• Continuously contribute to the codebase, driving improvements in supportability and influencing the change roadmap.
• Proactively enhance trading systems through automation and permanent remediation.
• Work with public cloud services, supporting and optimising cloud-hosted applications.
• Share your expertise with peers, mentor junior engineers, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Operate and enhance CICD pipelines using industry-standard tools such as GitHub and Jenkins.

We are seeking confident engineers who pride themselves on technical excellence, problem-solving, and a strong mentoring mindset.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• 6–8 years of application support experience.
• Minimum 4 years of Murex platform support (essential).
• Wallstreet experience (highly regarded).
• Strong knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Step Functions, Jenkins).
• Observability tools (ideally Open Telemetry framework).
• Proficiency in Python.
• DevSecOps practices.
• Familiarity with AWS CDK library.
